Automatic Grinding Machine, can grind three units with min. length 110mm for Ø38-Ø100mm or two units of Ø 150-160mm concrete cylinders simultaneously. The machine supplied complete with a grinding wheel, two cradle for Ø38-Ø100mm and Ø150-Ø160mm cylindrical specimens and water panel set which consist of panels for Ø150mm, Ø100mm and Ø50mm specimens. The water restraint panels for cubic specimens or different sized cylindrical specimens, the cradles for cube specimens should be ordered separately. 110-120V, 60Hz, 1ph.

Applications of this concrete testing machine
Concrete compression testing machines determine the characteristic compressive strength of specimens and are the heart of every materials laboratory. They are used for incoming control of fresh-concrete deliveries, for on-site quality control during construction, and for research on new mix designs.
Specimens follow EN 12390-1 (shape and dimensions): cubes 15 × 15 × 15 cm or cylinders Ø 15 × 30 cm. The loading rate per EN 12390-3 is typically 0.6 ± 0.2 MPa/s. With flexural and split-tension fixtures, beams per EN 12390-5 and cylinders per EN 12390-6 can also be tested.
